Headstart, the guys famously known for Startup Saturday, have introduced Techtalks in Mumbai. I attended one last Saturday, where they discussed Responsive Web design.

Himanshu Chanda, a volunteer at Headstart, mentioned that they started this initiative in Mumbai to drive technology meetups, which are more prominent in cities like Pune and Bangalore. I, for one, personally believe that if Mumbai wants grow its tech startups base, there have be people talking tech and not just business. I am excited about this initiative which is challenging at the same time as there aren’t many tech startups in Mumbai or at least as much there should be. One of the challenging thing for Headstart techtalks I see is getting speakers on board. I hope they can solve that bit and continue this initiative.

Here’s the YouTube link to the entire session, however, it’s not in exceptionally good quality as Headstart live streamed it on Google Hangout through a laptop.
