Access to network is the real currency

As I read through Option B Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant, I couldn’t help but realize how often Sheryl mentions reaching out to people who might help her right then and there with their knowledge, experience and wisdom. If I were to go through my Rolodex there would hardly be more than 5 people I could possibly turn to for an advice.

If you read any book written by any successful people, most do mention making use of their Network be it for advice or allow them to get foot on the door with their endeavors.

If there’s one thing I’d like to grow in 2019 is my network.
