it’s a bit strong to say we’re diverting attention to mobiles. It’s more about cross-promotion; you’ve got the desktop, now get the phone cousins!

Likewise, if you look at operamini.com, you’ll see that we cross-promote Opera desktop and Opera TV store there.

In your admin section (click “edit info”) and deselect this option. “Always comment and post on your page as ”your page”, even when using Facebook as ”your name”" and you are good to go

Hi Bruce,

Recently I used Samsung Galaxy Y which costs about 6,890 INR here. It’s pretty cheap. And it offers Android 2.3.5. I had a terrible experience with it.

There are other local manufacturers too who offer such extremely low end Android smartphones. There’s Micromax mobile which advertises its Android A60 as “my first android handset”. The phone is shit http://www.micromaxinfo.com/product.php?product=android_A60

If you’re talking about what Deloitte has to say then http://www.mobilebusinessbriefing.com/articles/half-a-billion-sub-us-100-smartphones-this-year-says-deloitte/21548 does not provide much information on that. But I am guessing it’s going to be these cheap Androids.

Do you have any information about these devices – eg, how much slower they are, how much memory they have? Where do they come from? (I’m guessing local manufacture?). What do they typically have pre-installed on them?

You are welcome. Although I am not sure if the plugin can help in this case. I just check woikr’s page on Facebook and I seem to facing the same issue. The pug in probably lets you choose profile when commenting on the domain (not on Facebook).

But do let me know if you find something.
